BANF TireSafe is innovative in that it predicts tire abnormalities in advance, going beyond simple monitoring. The iSensor attached to the inner wall of each tire collects 4,000 vibration data points per second via a 3-axis accelerometer, and applies wireless smart profiler technology for power supply during rotation.

The AI algorithm analyzes the collected high-resolution vibration/vibration pattern data to precisely detect everything from slow air leaks to structural fatigue accumulation that can occur within days. As a result, when there are signs of abnormality in the tire, it sends a warning days before an explosion or puncture occurs, and provides real-time alarms to the vehicle dashboard or integrated control dashboard.
