Traditionally, washing machines and dryers have been operated as separate appliances, requiring users to endure the inconvenience of transferring laundry to the dryer after washing. Busy modern people find it difficult to spend a lot of time and attention on laundry, and especially in small homes, installing two appliances, a washing machine and a dryer, poses a space constraint. Although there have been integrated combo washers and dryers in the past, there have been compromises in capacity and performance, and the problem of poor drying efficiency has been pointed out. In other words, there was a need for a laundry solution that increases space savings and convenience without sacrificing performance.

The biggest advantage of the Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ is that it integrates a washing machine and dryer while maintaining large capacity and high performance. The integrated top and bottom design links washing → drying with a single input, and the 7-inch AI touchscreen allows you to intuitively control every process.

AI OptiWash+™ and OptiDry+™ technology automatically detects fabric type, soil level, and humidity to optimize wash/dry settings. This means that AI determines the optimal washing time, temperature, spin, and drying time for each load of laundry without the user having to select a course. In addition, the Flex Auto Dispense system automatically dispenses up to 20-34 loads of detergent/fabric softener once filled, saving you the hassle of adding detergent each time.

It can be deployed in markets around the world where laundry culture exists, but localization is required to suit installation environments such as voltage/drainage. It is especially attractive in regions with high demand for dryers, such as North America and Europe, and can also appeal to markets with low dryer penetration, such as Southeast Asia, with its all-in-one convenience.

This technology platform can be expanded into smart home synergies such as hub integration with other appliances in the future (e.g., automatic operation of vacuum cleaner during washing). Technology transfer to commercial large-capacity laundry facilities is also possible, but the focus is currently on home use.
